If you have a critical need that requires immediate attention, retained search is a great option.  By paying a third of the fee at the start, a third upon receipt of the first qualified candidate, and a third upon the hiring of the candidate, you will be provided with white-glove service.  By retaining Galecki Search Associates for your executive and professional searches, we will manage the entire recruitment process from end to end.  We will research the market and provide you with a shortlist of qualified candidates, rigorously vet each candidate, and then present only the most qualified to you.

Contained Search
Those wanting the urgency and exclusivity of a retained search with a lower upfront cost would find a contained search an ideal option.  You will pay a small fee to initiate the search and the remainder after you hire a candidate.  By engaging Galecki Search Associates on a contained search, we will dedicate time to filling your role and provide you with regular updates.

Contingency Search
If you do not want any upfront cost, contingent search is for you.  Often referred to as the pay-for-performance option, contingent search requires no upfront fees and Galecki Search Associates earns a fee when you hire a candidate.
