In our initial conversation with you, we will perform an a robust interview to understand your duties, projects, motivations, and goals.  We will provide you with recommendations on how to accomplish your career objectives, and coach you to bring those to fruition.

Resume Critique
We will review your resume and help you tailor it to specific roles to not only increase your likelihood of receiving an interview, but to better convey your experience in the best, most concise way possible.

Review of Opportunities & Submission
We review the current opportunities that are available in addition to employers that fit your profile.  Not all positions are posted online.  We stay in frequent contact with employers to understand their needs, and can approach them on your behalf.  Once we have identified the opportunities and employers that meet your criteria, we will submit your information for consideration, and never without your knowledge or permission.

Interview Preparation & Coordination
We will prepare you for all interviews with information about the companies, interview teams, and interview best practices.  Additionally, we will coordinate interview travel and logistics with all potential employers.

Offer Negotiation
We will help you negotiate your offers and help you balance the pros and cons of all your opportunities.

Onboarding Support & Relocation Consultation
Once you have accepted a position, we will coordinate with your new employer all first-day logistics.  Also, if your move requires relocation, we can assist you with evaluating housing options in your new city and will refer you to a licensed Realtor.
